Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
• 6+ months supervisory/manager experience in a high-volume restaurant or retail setting.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk personnel and assist the General Manager.
• Monitor inventory and review daily sales numbers to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure club standards, cleanliness and superior customer service across all areas.
• Mentor front-end staff and supervise training and performance assessments.
• Coordinate disciplinary actions and terminations with GM, Regional Manager and HR.
• Cover shifts when needed and assist with club audits and coverage.
