• Monitor, train, and motivate staff to ensure productivity and a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Assist in creating and managing weekly schedules for staff and event coordinators.
• Coordinate with the Events team for seamless event operations.
• Work with Food & Beverage to maintain high guest experience standards.
• Assist Membership to maximize exposure during tours.
• Support retail operations, including inventory and orders.
• Collaborate with Marketing on on-site activations and promos.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience for Boca Paddle guests.
• Establish relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners as needed.
