Job summary

CityPickle is seeking a friendly, customer-service oriented Player Relations Associate for its Boca Paddle location in Boca Raton, FL. You will greet players, manage waivers, assist with rentals, and support shop operations in a fast-paced environment.

Hours are up to 40 per week, starting at $19/hour. Start date is November 10, 2026 with club opening November 18, 2026. Training will cover programs and customer inquiries, ensuring a welcoming experience for all players.

Qualifications

• Friendly, trustworthy, and reliable person with exceptional customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and evenings.
• Comfortable using POS systems, iPads/laptops, and other technology.
• Strong multitasker able to “wear many hats” in a fast-paced environment.
• Past experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Pickleball and/or Padel experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct players/customers/members, check players in, ensure completion of waivers, and other administrative duties.
• Respond to customer service inquiries.
• Facilitate equipment rentals.
• Maintain and operate the Pro Shop and Front Desk; sell merchandise, restock inventory, check in members and guests, overall organization.
• Handle credit card transactions.
• Provide basic information about programming and/or direct to someone who can.
• Help keep the courts, cafe, and surrounding areas orderly.
• Aid the players and coaches if something is needed on the courts.
• Stocking Locker Room, Sauna, Cold Plunge and Recovery Zone supplies as needed.
• Support Assistant Managers, Retail & Team Ops Manager, and General Manager with other miscellaneous tasks as needed.

• Demonstrates integrity, credibility, and dedication to Boca Paddle’s mission
• Pickleball and/or Padel experience preferred but not required
