Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring and developing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure top customer service.
• Schedule and supervise staff to cover all shifts.
• Provide payroll support and backup to Club Manager.
• Greet members, check in members and communicate events to guests.
• Oversee front desk operations and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist in marketing promotions and reporting.
