The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences is seeking an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator remotely: on-site 1 day per week or less to perform duties related to clinical research trials evaluating preventive interventions for substance use for individuals and their families. Responsibilities include coordinating ongoing projects, participant recruitment and data collection, community stakeholder engagement, literature reviews, project tracking, and participant remuneration. Our mission is to serve our community with compassion, collaborate with interdisciplinary scientists and community partners, and lead innovative research to improve interventions for substance use. The Coordinator will work closely with the principal investigator and a senior coordinator.
Our lab seeks a team member passionate about working with individuals with substance use and mental health issues, aiming to drive innovation in recovery. Two-year college degree and one year of relevant experience or equivalent.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and fine grasping; occasional sitting, reaching, desk work, lifting up to 40 pounds; rare kneeling, crawling, climbing, and lifting over 40 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as required by law.
