What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate ongoing clinical research projects, including participant recruitment and data collection monitoring
- Conduct literature reviews and qualitative interviews, analyzing collected data
- Schedule and contact participants, providing reminders and other necessary communication
- Assist in preparing regulatory documents and maintaining essential forms and records
- Process study compensation payments and manage post-study activities as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two-year college degree and one year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and training
- General knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Drive (Docs, Sheets)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to organize work and multi-task
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Psychology, Human Biology, or a related field
- Clinical research experience, particularly with patients dealing with mental health or substance use issues
- Knowledge of good clinical practice (GCP) in clinical research or willingness to learn
