Job summary

Thomas Young Group, an Orlando-based civil engineering firm, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead land development projects across residential, commercial, and roadway sectors. You will guide planning, design, and delivery, and prepare calculations, reports, and construction plans.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in civil engineering, Florida PE (preferred), and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, ICPR, and WaterCAD. Strong organizational skills and multi-deadline management are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of civil engineering experience in land development.
• Licensed PE in Florida (preferred).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, ICPR, and WaterCAD.
• Experience preparing reports, calculations, and permitting documentation.
• A degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Leading the planning, design, and delivery of residential, commercial, and roadway development projects.
• Preparing engineering design calculations, reports, and detailed construction plans.
• Managing stormwater and utility design, permitting, and construction documentation.
• Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while mentoring junior team members.
• Collaborating with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
