Job summary

The ACE leads technical reviews, cost reductions, and benchmarking for RWD hybrids while managing cross-functional teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• 7+ years of engineering experience required.
• Demonstrated experience leading collaborative and global teams.
• Understanding of automotive manufacturing and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed program deliverables and functional objectives (cost, timing, efficiency, performance).
• Oversee all aspects of the transmission project for a vehicle family (hardware, software, calibration, etc).
• Lead engineering teams to deliver prototype and production transmission solutions that meet requirements.
• Track and resolve eCIMS/GIMs.
• Lead program cost roll ups with manufacturing engineers & SCIE.
