Stellantis NV, powered by the Chief Engineering Team, seeks an ACE to oversee transmission programs and direct a team of project managers, AEs, and design engineers. The role focuses on delivering production-ready transmissions, meeting cost, timing, and performance targets, and driving technical sign-offs across the program.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in engineering, strong leadership of global teams, and fluency with automotive processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading collaborative and global teams.
• Understanding of typical automotive manufacturing and quality processes.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed program deliverables and functional objectives (cost, timing, performance, etc).
• Oversee the transmission project for a given vehicle family (hardware, software, calibration, etc).
• Lead engineering teams to deliver prototype and production transmission solutions that meet requirements.
• Coordinate resolution of eCIMS/GIMs and lead technical reviews/evaluations.
• Coordinate Technical Cost Reductions (TCRs) and benchmarking of RWD hybrid transmissions.
