Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance staff in the absence of the Chief Engineer and assigns and monitors maintenance projects.
• Assists with maintenance/engineering issues (plumbing, HVAC, electrical).
• Coordinates with outside contractors and technicians and conducts regular inspections of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Prepares and maintains engineering reports and ensures compliance with codes and company directives.
