• Respond to client requests and prioritize/assign work orders to Building Engineers.
• Ensure maintenance systems are running efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections, alarm testing and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, suppliers and department leaders.
• Manage multiple priorities and reports, including inventory, records and schedules.
• Assist in development of the annual budget and RFP process for budgeted projects.
