Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate programs using EYLF and NQS.
• Lead a team of Educators to ensure high-quality care.
• Engage children with developmentally appropriate activities.
• Motivate and support staff to uphold curriculum and documentation quality.
• Foster team collaboration and openness to feedback.
• Maintain a friendly, professional centre presence.
• Ensure safe, welcoming space for children, educators and parents.
• Support Centre Manager with admin tasks and compliance.
• Run the service in the Centre Manager's absence, including bookings, rosters, parent communication, and related duties.
