Job summary

The Atlantis Group is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee 5–7 early learning and OSHC services. This fast-paced leadership role reports to the Head of Operations and focuses on guiding teams, shaping programmes, and ensuring high standards of care and education across all services.

You will mentor managers and educators, drive professional development, build relationships with families and schools, and ensure operations align with our vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of early learning and OSHC managers and educators, providing guidance, support and fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee the continuous development and enhancement of engaging educational programmes that cater to the needs and interests of the children in our care.
• Maintain high‑quality care and supervision of children by conducting regular audits, inspections and assessments.
• Identify training needs and provide ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of all team members.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with families, schools and other community stakeholders.
• Act as a point of escalation for concerns and feedback, ensuring open communication channels are established and maintained.
