Only About Children Hampton is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to support the Campus Director and Educational Leader in creating a positive, high‑performing environment for children, families, and educators.

You will mentor educators, ensure safe, engaging days for children, and build warm relationships with families while embedding best practices in line with the NQF and The OAC Way.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in early childhood education.
• 2–3+ years of leadership in early learning.
• Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF and CSS.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor educators to grow and succeed.
• Ensure every child's day is safe, engaging, and learning-filled.
• Build warm, trusted relationships with families.
