Job summary

The Learning Experience in Hampton, GA is seeking an Assistant Center Director with daycare or preschool leadership experience to oversee daily operations, staff, and family engagement.

You will lead curriculum implementation, ensure health and safety compliance, drive enrollment growth, manage finances, and coordinate tours and community events while providing growth opportunities for the team.

Qualifications

• Two+ years center leadership/management experience preferred.
• State-specific Administrative or Director credential required.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations and ensure Health & Safety SOP compliance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and engage staff.
• Guide teachers in curriculum implementation and enrichment.
• Drive enrollment growth and manage finances (P&L, AR/AP, payroll).
• Coordinate family tours and community marketing events.
