Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Center Director in Phoenix, AZ to help lead our early childhood education programs and support staff, families, and the community. You’ll work closely with the Center Director to meet enrollment, accreditation, and daily operations goals.

With KinderCare’s curriculum and support network, you’ll collaborate with teachers, families, licensing authorities, and partners to deliver high-quality care and education and to foster a safe, engaging

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff and enrollment goals.
• Build strong partnerships with families and community partners.
• Support licensing, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Serve in various roles as needed in the center.
