KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Center Director to support the Center Director in leading staff, families, and daily operations. You will help guide enrollment, accreditation, and quality of care across the center.

You will educate parents and staff on the value of early childhood education, working with a world-class curriculum and supportive leadership. This role emphasizes collaboration, safety, and community impact.

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience and understanding of developmentally appropriate practices.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills are required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift up to 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• Indicate if you require reasonable accommodation to perform essential functions.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Serve in various roles as needed, including teacher, cook, or driver.
