Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Center Director to lead teaching staff, support families, and drive enrollment and accreditation objectives at our centers. You will partner with parents, staff, and community partners to deliver exceptional early childhood education aligned with our curriculum.

You will work closely with the Center Director and broader leadership to ensure quality programming, licensing compliance, and smooth center operations, while supporting a diverse

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience is required.
• Strong administrative, organizational, verbal, and listening skills.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment and operational goals.
• Collaborate with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Build positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, and community partners.
