The role supports Rapid Rehousing and Health Home MRT Rent Subsidy programs, helping homeless clients secure affordable housing and connect with community resources. Requirements include a high school diploma and a valid driver's license; a Bachelor's degree in health or human services with at least 1 year of related experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in health or human services strongly preferred with 1 year related experience.
• Experience with families is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Housing Specialists with housing placement and program coordination.
• Engage landlords, brokers, and clients to facilitate housing solutions.
• Coordinate services with Care Coordinators and Case Managers; assist in report preparation.
• Maintain binder/client files and conduct regular site visits.
