Job summary

Diamond Cellar is seeking an Entry-Level Jewelry Buyer to support the merchandising team across Store 5a locations. You will analyze sales data, assist with purchase orders, and help prepare merchandise for photography and listing, ensuring authentic and high-quality luxury items.

The role offers exposure to high-end jewelry, watches, and designer handbags, with emphasis on analytics, organization, and brand standards in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in fashion merchandising, business, marketing, or related field.
• 1 year of buying/merchandising experience preferred in luxury goods/jewelry/fashion.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Run and analyze weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports for Store 5a.
• Monitor sell-through, margins, and replenishment trends to inform buying decisions.
• Assist with visual organization and photography prep of merchandise.
• Enter purchase orders and support merchandise allocation based on sales trends.
• Participate in product authentication and brand standard adherence.
• Lead handbag feature training to boost team performance.

Store 5a is located in each of our Diamond Cellar locations and focuses on buying and selling some of the most sought after jewelry, watches, and handbags. Each piece is carefully authenticated and refurbished by their team of experts before being listed for sale providing a safe and simple way for customers to buy and sell luxury goods.This position offers an opportunity to learn about high-end jewelry, watches, and designer handbags.
