Job summary

Fox Communities Credit Union is seeking a full-time Floating Assistant Branch Team Lead I to support multiple branches in the Green Bay area. The role focuses on member service, supervising front-line staff as needed, and handling basic and advanced member transactions.

You will balance vaults, help ensure staffing coverage, open new accounts, and promote the credit union's mission while representing Fox in the community.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus but may not be required.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to resolve conflict and problem solve.
• Fluency in Spanish and English preferred.

• Supporting frontline team members with advanced transactions.
• Performing branch audits.
• Troubleshooting member concerns effectively.
• Processing member transactions and account maintenance.
• Opening new accounts while building member relationships by uncovering needs and suggesting products/services.
• Positively representing Fox in the community.

We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Floating Assistant Branch Team Lead I in the Green Bay area!

The Assistant Branch Team Lead I creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships. Assists as needed with supervision of front-line staff and branch operations. Processes basic and advanced member transactions. Assists with account maintenance and problem resolution. The Floating Assistant Branch Team Lead I assists multiple branches on an as-needed basis.

The primary responsibilities of the Assistant Branch Team Lead I role include but are not limited to:

• Providing an exceptional experience for members and ensuring the branch team is providing the same
• Balancing branch vault(s), cashbox, ATM, and cash recyclers (TCRs) promptly and accurately
• Supporting the Branch Team Lead with service and staffing levels of the branch, including MRO staff; making sure the branch has adequate coverage and is responding to members’ needs quickly while ensuring the members’ overall experience is of the highest quality
• Maintaining a strong knowledge of credit union products and services to confidently share features and benefits with members
• Supporting frontline team members with advanced transactions
• Performing branch audits
• Troubleshooting member concerns effectively
• Processing member transactions and account maintenance confidently, accurately, and efficiently
• Opening new accounts while building member relationships by uncovering member needs, suggesting products and services, and providing overall member education
• Positively representing Fox in the community

Candidates for the Assistant Branch Team Lead I position should possess:

• One to three years of similar or related experience
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus but may not be required
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Ability to successfully resolve conflict and problem solve
• The ability to speak and translate fluent Spanish and English is preferred.
