Job summary

Fox Communities Credit Union in Green Bay is hiring a full-time Assistant Branch Team Lead I at our Ashland Avenue branch. You will support front-line staff, handle member transactions, assist with opening accounts, and help maintain branch operations to deliver outstanding service.

The ideal candidate has one to three years of related experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proven time management skills. Supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus but may not be required.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to successfully resolve conflict and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values
• Providing friendly, professional, and personal service to all members
• Providing an exceptional experience for members and ensuring the branch team is providing the same
• Balancing branch vault(s), cashbox, ATM, and cash recyclers (TCRs) promptly and accurately
• Supporting the Branch Team Lead with service and staffing levels of the branch, including MRO staff; making sure the branch has adequate coverage and is responding to members’ needs quickly while ensuring the members’ overall experience is of the highest quality
• Maintaining a strong knowledge of credit union products and services to confidently share features and benefits with members
• Supporting frontline team members with advanced transactions
• Performing branch audits
• Troubleshooting member concerns effectively
• Processing member transactions and account maintenance confidently, accurately, and efficiently
• Opening new accounts while building member relationships by uncovering member needs, suggesting products and services, and providing overall member education
• Positively representing Fox in the community
