F.N.B. Corporation is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Sunbury, PA to lead customer interactions and support the branch team in meeting sales goals. You will develop a personal referral network, guide daily sales activity, and ensure all customer transactions are processed accurately and politely.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and banking knowledge. You will coach staff, schedule work, manage branch operations, and adhere to policies while promoting cross-selling

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of banking policies and consumer products preferred.

Mansioni

• Promotes the sales process through referral management and outbound calls.
• Input and maintain referrals and customer data using branch technology.
• Assist with daily sales activity through coaching and huddles.
• Manage branch operations: scheduling, vault cash, opening/closing.
• Perform teller transactions as needed.
