• Cash handling experience and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed branch loan sales targets through proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain customer relationships across loan lifecycle.
• Train and coach new team members to foster growth.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques to drive informed lending decisions.
• Assist in handling delinquent accounts with approved solutions.
