Responsibilities

• Exceed loan sales targets and drive volume through proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships across the loan lifecycle; tailor financial solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching new team members to foster growth.
• Apply underwriting techniques and sales tools for informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts (1–30 days past due) with outreach and payment plans.
• Educate customers on loan terms and available products for informed choices.
