Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

• Exceed branch loan sales targets by driving volume and conversion through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan lifecycle and recommend tailored financial solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members to foster growth.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent consumer loan accounts (1–30 days past due) via calls, texts, and emails to resolve balances.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products to ensure understanding of their options.
• Maintain compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in all lending activities.
• Multitask effectively to meet the dynamic demands of the role.
