Regional Finance is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Augusta, GA. This on-site role involves leading loan sales, coaching staff, and ensuring compliant lending practices.

You will engage customers across the loan lifecycle, apply underwriting techniques, and manage delinquent accounts while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. The position features a Monday–Friday schedule with potential for occasional weekend coverage, a focus on growth, and a path to leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed branch loan sales targets and drive volume through proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers across the loan lifecycle; explain terms and products.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members to foster growth.
• Apply underwriting techniques to inform lending decisions and ensure compliance.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts via outbound calls/texts/emails to arrange payments.
• Maintain accuracy and operational excellence in lending activities and customer service.
