Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Exceed loan sales targets at branch level through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers across the full loan lifecycle; recommend tailored financial solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members to foster growth.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts (1–30 days past due) via calls, texts, and emails to resolve balances.
