Qualifications

• Two years of branch or banking experience with customer interaction.
• Active NMLS registration or ability to obtain.
• Current Notary Public designation or ability to obtain.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee branch operations, including leadership in the Branch Manager's absence.
• Open, close, and settle the branch in compliance with bank policies.
• Balance cash drawers and assist with ATM, coin machine, and night depository settlement.
• Conduct monthly audits per Standard Operating Procedures.
• Build customer relationships by assisting with account openings and product referrals.
• Identify customer needs and generate referrals.
• Originate consumer and mortgage loan applications with accuracy.
• Assist with employee scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary reviews.
• Review and maintain reports to support operations and performance.
• Participate in Saturday rotations.
