You will partner with the Branch Manager, deliver exceptional service, support deposits, lending, online banking, and daily cash controls while ensuring compliance. Travel to multiple branches in surrounding counties may be required; strong leadership and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in credit union or related financial institution.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with leading, coaching, and developing branch staff.
• Foster a strong member service and sales culture.
• Support deposits, lending, online/mobile banking, and account servicing.
• Ensure branch cash management, audits, security, and compliance.
• Travel to multiple branch locations as needed.
