Job summary

7 17 Credit Union in Akron, OH is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to help lead branch operations, coach staff, build member relationships, and contribute to growth.

You will partner with the Branch Manager, deliver exceptional service, support deposits, lending, online banking, and daily cash controls while ensuring compliance. Travel to multiple branches in surrounding counties may be required; strong leadership and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in credit union or related financial institution.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
