Qualifications

• Four years' banking or retail experience.
• Prior lending experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain NMLS in certain markets may be required.
• Bilingual fluency may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of branch staff.
• Manage lending function, conduct loan interviews, and process loans.
• Resolve member account-related problems and ensure positive public relations.
• Assist in hiring and develop branch-level production goals.
