Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Four years of banking or retail experience, including staff supervision.
• Ability to obtain NMLS in certain markets.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset; customer-focused.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain branch operations with proper staffing and service.
• Lead staff meetings and provide regulatory updates.
• Oversee lending activities and ensure sound credit practices.
• Prequalify loan applicants and assess credit worthiness.
• Support business development and community outreach.
• Hire, train, and develop branch staff.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and AML.
• Assist with mortgage loan origination when needed.
• Manage daily calendars and scheduling.
• Resolve member account issues and maintain public relations.
