Responsibilities

• Maintain branch operations with staffing and service levels.
• Lead staff meetings and provide regulatory/process updates.
• Oversee lending function including interview, approval and closed loans.
• Prequalify loan applicants by reviewing credit and financial documents.
• Explain services to potential members to generate business.
• Support branch staff development and performance goals.
• Assist with hiring and performance management of staff.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML and other regulations.
