TruNorth Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to partner with the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations. You will lead a customer-centric team, participate in hiring, and ensure service excellence while adhering to bank policies.

Responsibilities include supervising lobby and teller lines, delegating tasks, coaching staff, and maintaining a positive branch image. Leadership, communication, and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or similar course work/training required.
• Minimum of 2 years customer service and sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Prior Assistant Branch Manager experience a plus.
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.
• Computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch functions in coordination with the Branch Manager.
• Participate in hiring and develop a branch team.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and compliance with bank policies.
• Manage lobby and teller line operations and delegate work as needed.
• Provide backup support to Branch Manager when necessary.
• Lead and coach the branch team to maintain effective communication.
