Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred).
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Exceed loan sales targets and drive growth through proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships across loan lifecycle with tailored solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques to lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts (1–30 days) via calls/texts/emails.
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and products.
• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role requirements.
