Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in any field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed branch loan sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan lifecycle and recommend tailored financial solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members to foster growth.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques to lending decisions and manage delinquent accounts (1–30 days).
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products to ensure informed decisions.
