Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with all employees to align with credit union goals.
• Assist Branch Manager with scheduling, time off, coaching meetings, and observations.
• Maintain branch security and comply with audit schedules and policies.
• Act as Branch Manager in their absence and oversee sales and operations.
• Coach tellers and MSRs on sales processes and product knowledge.
• Assist in meeting sales goals and conduct outside calls with prospects.
• Promote teamwork among branch staff and departments.
• Process loan applications and open new accounts for members.
