Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule tellers to ensure efficiency across Muscatine locations.
• Promote bank products and services; maintain broad knowledge of offerings.
• Identify and pursue sales and cross-selling opportunities with customers and prospects; record sales as trained.
• Prepare performance reviews for Retail staff under supervision; coach and mentor as needed.
• Assist with consumer loans from application to closing; manage deposit accounts (open/close).
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints; counsel customers on policy and procedures.
