Qualifications

• College degree or high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years banking experience.
• General knowledge of BSA/USA Patriot Act, lending laws and consumer protection regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and apply sales process to cross-serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist branch manager with overall branch operations.
• Back up branch manager duties in their absence.
• Drive profitability and growth through market share, new business, and cost control.
• Oversee mortgage lending growth, processing accuracy, and compliance.
• Supervise branch staff and ensure coverage, development, and evaluations.
• Participate in hiring, discipline, and training decisions.
• Lead staff meetings and communicate with management on sales initiatives.
• Ensure customer service meets bank standards and resolve complaints.
• Engage in community outreach and board/service activities.
