Job summary

S&T Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager/Personal Banker in DuBois, PA. This role profiles customers to determine financial needs, opens loan and deposit accounts, and drives sales against branch goals.

You will support the Branch Manager, coach staff, and complete required training to ensure exceptional service. Responsibilities include completing loan applications, following up on accounts, and referring customers to appropriate lines of business.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, plus PB training or a two-year degree.
Five to ten years of general business experience; 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
Successful completion of the retail training program and PB requirements.
Proof of S.A.F.E. Act registration may be required prior to Mortgage Loan Originator duties.

Responsibilities

Profile customers to determine financial services needs and refer to other Lines of Business as appropriate.
Open loan and deposit accounts and process related documents.
Coach staff on sales expectations and goals and participate in branch leadership.
Execute branch playbook and enhance service and sales performance.
Provide support to Branch Manager and collaborate with other departments as needed.
