Job summary

ERIEBank is seeking an Office Manager to lead a branch team, foster a culture of professional service, and uphold the bank’s standards of integrity and customer focus.

You will drive performance, manage daily operations, and develop relationships within the community to grow loans and deposits while ensuring compliance and efficient processes.

This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to recruit, train, and evaluate staff to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience preferred.
• Professional reading, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to use telephone systems and basic digital literacy (email, internet).
• Ability to perform basic math and logical reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies to meet goals.
• Grow loan and deposit portfolios through proactive client relationship management, business development, and community engagement.
• Manage the office’s daily operations, including cash flow, reporting, account management and security procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and improving service processes.
• Lead the branch team while promoting employee development, assist with employee recruitment, scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Focus on driving strategic growth through innovative business development initiatives and strong client relationship management.
