Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years banking experience required.
• 1–2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Branch Manager to lead branch operations and risk management.
• Model and execute C&F Customer Experience strategies to grow relationships.
• Recruit, coach, and develop branch staff and monitor sales goals.
• Drive deposits and loan growth through referrals, prospecting, and events.
• Collaborate with internal partners and community networks to achieve growth.
