Job summary

Glass City Federal Credit Union, based in Toledo, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to help lead branch operations and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will partner with the Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, coach team members, support lending activities, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

When the Branch Manager is away, you will assume full responsibility for branch operations, making this an excellent opportunity for a motivated

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems, and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in leading day-to-day branch operations and service delivery.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional member experiences.

Help Lead a Team That Makes a Difference!

Glass City Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced, service-driven Assistant Branch Manager to help lead branch operations and deliver exceptional member experiences. In this key leadership role, you will partner with the Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, coach team members, support lending activities, and ensure compliance with all credit union policies and regulations.

When the Branch Manager is absent, you will assume full responsibility for branch operations, making this an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and helping members achieve their financial goals.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within a financial institution.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems, and general computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• 18 to 24 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Notary Public license.

Schedule

Full-Time

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Schedule may include overtime and weekend availability.
