Job summary

Glass City Federal Credit Union, based in Toledo, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to help lead branch operations and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will partner with the Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, coach team members, support lending activities, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

When the Branch Manager is away, you will assume full responsibility for branch operations, making this an excellent opportunity for a motivated

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution.
Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems, and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

Assist Branch Manager in leading day-to-day branch operations and service delivery.
Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional member experiences.
Support lending activities and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
