Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems, and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations.
• Coach team members and support lending activities.
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies and regulations.
