Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years progressive banking (branch) experience with leadership capabilities.
• Strong branch operations and sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, math, reasoning and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Market Leader in meeting and exceeding daily goals through personal and staff production.
• Lead, direct, coach and develop branch personnel to achieve sales, service and risk goals.
• Direct and coordinate day-to-day branch activities including budget, compliance and risk.
• Ensure branch operations are accurate, timely and uphold service levels.
• Approve check amounts, transfers and other items within credit authority limits.
• Identify obstacles and empower team to remove sales and service barriers.
• Maintain knowledge of financial products, policies and regulations.
• Adhere to policies, training, audits and risk controls.
