Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1 year of related experience / Associate degree and 2 years of related experience / High school diploma or GED and 4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collect and record data on client behavior during intervention sessions.
• Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and ongoing progress assessments.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavior management techniques and strategies.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
