Job summary

Sheppard Pratt School in Hunt Valley, MD seeks a dedicated professional to support students with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges under a licensed behavior analyst. You will help implement behavior intervention plans and collect data during sessions.

Responsibilities include developing individualized intervention plans, recording client behavior, conducting FBAs, and training caregivers and staff on behavior management techniques within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 1 year of related experience.
• Associate degree with 2 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of individualized intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collect and record data on client behavior during intervention sessions.
• Assist in conducting FBAs and ongoing assessments to monitor progress.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavior management techniques.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
