Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED is required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business or food service is desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail/restaurant/supermarket environments.

Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations and resolves issues promptly.
• Assists Bakery Manager with day-to-day operations and scheduling.
• Oversees inventories, pricing, and product freshness to meet goals.
• Maintains production logs and adherence to recipes.
• Ensures PPE usage and safety practices within the bakery.
• Supports cross-department collaboration as needed.
